Adlibris, along with its brands Campusbokhandeln and Pocket Shop, is the largest online bookstore in the Nordic region, operating in Sweden, Finland, and Norway. In addition to its online presence, Adlibris runs physical stores all around Sweden. In 2021, Adlibris achieved a turnover of approximately 2 billion SEK.
Challenge
Adlibris struggled with outdated and inconsistent supply chain data, making it difficult to meet sustainability goals. Varying levels of supplier maturity and knowledge on ESG topics and inconsistent data submissions complicated procurement and sustainability efforts.

Challenges
Adlibris faced several challenges in ramping up the company’s sustainability efforts.
